To take advantage of these savings, you simply call a Davis Vision Member Service Representative and explain that you wish to use the Value Advantage Program.  The representative will ask for your social security number. If you are an active member of the HealthLink Project, its independently generated ID number will give you access to the vision care program.  The representative will then discuss payment options which can include VISA, MasterCard, personal check or money order.

After you have contacted Davis Vision to purchase your discounted services, you may call any of the Davis Vision network providers and explain you have purchased eyewear through the Value Advantage Program.
