Dental Services

The Following is a description of this benefit (member & spouse):
 

·  Choose a participating provider from the list below.

·  When you call to make your appointment, tell the receptionist

you are a New England Association of Labor Retiree.

·  When you arrive for your appointment, you must show your

retiree chapter membership card or some form of documentation

of your membership.  If you are an active member of

the HealthLink Project you can use your HealthLink card.

           
 No Forms Or Vouchers Are Needed. This is not an insurance policy, you will be charged for all dental work by the participating dentist at the special NEALR negotiated dental fee.
